The matrix below shows where each practice leads, where it supports and where it does not belong. Every cell is a page, and every page says what is at stake, which practices apply and how the work changes between Zürich, Amman and New York.

Seven practices across ten industries, weighted honestly. A signature cell is where Altuon leads and has a blueprint to show for it. A core cell is a practice that applies fully. A supporting cell is a practice brought in alongside another. An empty cell means the practice is not offered in that industry, and the site says so rather than pretending otherwise.

The ten industries.
Each industry page opens with what is at stake and closes with the questions we are asked there. Together they are the map of where the firm chooses to work and, by omission, where it does not. An industry that is not on this list is one in which we have not yet earned the right to a page. The choice follows the regulation: these are industries in which a supervisor, an auditor or a patient can ask why a system did what it did, and the answer has to exist. The regional notes on each page say how the same mandate changes between a Swiss institution, a Jordanian group and a US company, because it always does.
